Welcome to the Swamp!

The Dirrty Swamp Cookers is a 501(c)(3) designated charitable organization.  Our mission is to support the youth of Texas by donating to scholarship programs and other educational causes for Texas youth.

We were founded in 2005 by Pitmasters Joey Victorian and Jonathan Herridge with the premise that great barbeque can bring people together and create unforgettable memories. 

Today, we are part of a co-op that operates one of the largest tents at the cook-off that's held in conjunction with the rodeo in Austin, TX.  We have donated several hundred thousand dollars to the scholarship fund and brought in the best in local and national entertainment, all for free to the public attendees of the event.
